I needed my rear bumper repaired. Initially, I was told it would be 4 days, but it turned out to be 5 days. There was lack of communication between Fountain Valley Body Works and Nationwide insurance, and I was called multiple times by Nationwide and requested to step in to start the communication.
To make matter worse, I found 2 days later that the rear break lights do not work now. The break lights got messed up after the rear bumper repair.

Everything was great and Shane was wonderful however I discovered my cell phone car charger missing and my back rear taillight does not work after I picked it up. My repair involved taking off the rear bumper so I think something wasn't reconnected properly.

I feel that Jim Burroughs is a winner. He's a superb manager. He does everything he can to get the best result and I appreciate that so much. He has heart. The entire team is fantastic, from the efficient and friendly front desk coordinator (sorry I forgot her name! she's so great!!) to the claim's inspector, Dave to Jim's ability in bringing everything together. Top notch service and I'll be recommending this shop to everyone I know.
