Received an email 0n Thursday morning saying my car would be ready by 5pm that afternoon. I called at 4pm to say I would be there to get my car @ 5pm. I was then told my car would not be ready to pick up I would have to wait until Friday morning then for it not be ready intol Friday afternoon. The **** was dropped on letting clients know when their car not being ready. When I dropped my car off the person on answering the phone was arguing with a client about their car not being ready also.

When I dropped my car off I was told it would be ready on Thursday, which became Friday. Then Saturday On Saturday I was told It would not be until Monday because someone damaged something during the re assembly, and it needed to be painted and there was no one there to do it, and it would be finished for Monday. Monday I call and call, and call, but all I got all day was voice mails, I drive by in the afternoon, and the lot I drove by in the afternoon to find the lot pretty much empty, and the place locked up, even though it was still during posted business hours. I guess this is why I couldn't reach anyone all morning. So now I cannot get my car until Tuesday, all the while I am having to pay for a rental car. Then when I read my estimate I see the rear window was damaged during the work, and needed to be replaced, and was billed to my insurance to the tune of 614.22. Yeah I am calling them bout that today, because I can't see one reason for my insurance to be paying for something you broke.
In Closing, Due to the fact that there was two occurrences where your staff broke / damaged something on my car while it was being repaired, and that you billed my insurance for parts that were not damaged in the accent, but by your staff, and that the repairs took literally twice the time that i was told when I dropped it off, I really can't say anything good.

I was told my car was complete and I went to pick it up and they completely missed fixing the rim. The guy from the shop came out to talk to me and told me I could have it done Wednesday, and that it would take about a half a day to complete. I dropped it off Tuesday night because I have class all day Wednesday. I just called today Wednesday 5/17/17 @ 3:15pm and Was told that my car was done but I can not pick it up until tomorrow because it needs to be QC inspected and now I am stuck with out my car which I need. This was a terrible experience

The service was prompt, courteous and the repair was excellent! The only comment I would make is regarding the estimate process. When I brought the truck in, I received a detailed quote for 1100, yet when the insurance company authorized the repair they allowed 25% less, which was accepted. Since I was only paying the deductible, it made no difference to me, however it felt a bit like price gouging.

They didn't repair the inside where the door hit causing the paint to come off and my vehicle ended up with scratches that were not there when I dropped my car off. Very unsatisfied with Manchester Collision and wish I had picked my own shop to have the work done. The MC staff that was present when I picked my car up (blonde woman on Saturday around 1pm) was very unprofessional saying things like "so you know every scratch on your vehicle" making it seem as if I'm lying. Very unprofessional on her part and really made me upset as I am an extremely ethical person both personally and professionally. Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend MC for repair needs. Just because a car has scratches already doesn't mean it's okay to be soppy.
