Best service! Thank you for making it stress free

First time I went to pick the car up there was no exhaust on it. Second time the bodywork was done very poorly. The taillight they used to replace mine had a chip in it, there were imperfections in the paint, the bumper cover wasn't on straight and my trunk didn't line up with my taillights. I got the car back yesterday and everything seems good now, although I can see spots they missed with the clear coat. Despite all this, Jen, the geico agent was awesome.

Couple things- I was quoted 3 different days for the repairs to be done. First was because of a delay of products deliver. But then the second time it was because the realized they needed more parts! And they called or updated me that it was delayed! I had the text alert option and NOTHING came that day. When I drove home the components above my break pedal fell on my foot. They were drapped right above the break. Made it scary to drive! And when I asked them to fix it, he came back after 10 mins and said I was set. Well it stil was drapped over sloppy. He fixed it again and it's fine thus far. And I swear they deffinitely wiped something on my windshield which wiped off some of my Meineke sticker and registration sticker was ripped. They denied it, but I did end up finding part of the sticker on my floor. Deffinitely too many thank you messages. Change up the wording or do less messages. "Thank you for using Manchester Collision, we appreciate your business. Please tell us how we did!" Simple. People were nice. But this stupid **** happened to me.

The experience I had with Manchester Collision was one of the best experiences I had with any repair shop. There is no doubt that if I ever need these services again I would come back and I will also recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you.

The emblems were in the front seat of my car when I picked up the vehicle. Frustrating on the lack of attention, what else was overlooked? Things that are not visible and overlooked is troubling.

I did not like my rental car however the repairs were great

A couple of Parts were forgotten but when I pointed it out and they found the parts and put them right on. Everything looks great!

Repair was done quickly. Truck looks great! Email updates were good for comic relief during a stressful time.

So far from what I have seen u have done a great job it was quick and painless. From bringing in my car to getting the Rent-A-Car, returning the car and picking up mine. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and although I enjoy your services hopefully I won't need them again. But I will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs to have any body work done. Other than doing a great job with fixing my car.... thank you :) I really appreciated the text updates and what a great idea that is! I didn't have to wonder what was going on with my car!
