Left front tire was low on air and tire light on console was on. Brought it to office attention who got mechanic to look at it. Mechanic said left front tire is low and put air in it, said light should reset. Light never reset and now I have a flat tire. Tire was fine and light was not on when I drove it in there 2 days ago.

They did a good job with the repair but did not touch up the chip on the door handle as promised. I was very disappointed, wanted my car back in perfect condition.

Fantastic experience from the moment i dropped car off to the time I picked it up. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I was always informed of the progress every step of the way. The repairs were completed quickly. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had. Although I hope I never need to have my car repaired, I know I would definitely choose Jerry Ulm for the repairs and will highly recommend them to family and friends.
