I really felt out of the loop for the whole process. My representative Ryan lacked attention to detail by sending messages to the wrong phone number, despite me giving him the correct info initially. Further, it didn't seem like he cared whatsoever, and it felt like I was inconveniencing him when I brought my issues to light. This resulted in some messages never getting to me, and my father getting other messages, that should have been directed to me - and playing a literal game of telephone with him because we both are working 60 hours a week. At the end of it all, I wasted hours of valuable time on a Friday, dropping off my rental car, arriving at your place of business to pick up my car, only to find out that my car repairs were delayed, and my car wasn't ready. I had to be transported back to the rental car place, wait another hour to get a new car, since mine was already rented out and wasted more time. I've never done business with your company before - I'm sure the repairs done to my vehicle were done well, and I appreciate the mechanics finding the extra damage and taking care of it. However, the poor customer interaction, cost me both time and money. It is for these reasons that I will not be using Colonial Height Collision or recommending them to friends and family.

When I was told my truck was ready to be picked up I came and got it. While Driving it home I had to hold the steering wheel significantly to the right just to keep it going straight. Then lights starting coming on the dash and the truck info said to check the brakes. I called the collision center and was told to bring my truck back. When I brought it back I was told that they would realign the tires but the brakes weren't covered under this accident claim. I told him that before I was hit there was nothing wrong with my truck and now there is so it needs to be fixed. He indicated again that it wasn't his problem. I had to call my insurance company to get them to help. Now my truck is back in the shop and I havent heard when I'm get it back or if they're go to fix ALL of the things wrong with it. I'm not sure how I was allowed to pick up my truck when it was so obviously not completed with the repairs.

Quality work, great customer service, repair finished earlier than estimated

I can't even tell that there was ever any damage previously! Looks like it just came off the lot again. Thanks to Ryan who worked with me on pick up time to accommodate my schedule! I truly appreciate this great service and will recommend others as well as come back if the need arises again! Thank you again!

This is the second time colonial collision center has worked on my car and both times I have completely satisfied with the way my car looks. I would recommend others to you all. Thanks again my car looks New.
