We had the misfortune of someone hitting our Honda CRV while traveling southbound on I-95, just north of Temple Avenue, the Sunday before Labor Day. We were on the way to the OBX. It was quite tramatic for my wife & I; especially since we were just talking about what a great vehicle our CRV was after 7 ****/2 years of ownership. Plus we had just recently put 900 into her for service at 105,000 miles, inc. new tires w/ 4 wheel alignment. The CRV had to flat bedded from the accident scene to your shop. The driver, Mike, was very understanding of us being distraught over the accident & the damage to our beloved Honda, which, quite possibly had just saved our lives. Mike was great & very patient. Since we were going to be gone all week we had to coordinate everything with the insurance company & Col. Hts. Collision via telephone. From the beginning Ryan was good to work with & very competent. He explained that his first concern was safety, making sure our vehicle was going to be right when the work was finished. This was important to us since we were apprehensive about driving in a vehicle that had been struck so hard & spun around at high speed. While repairs were in progress, Ryan communicated everything very well throughout the process and he promised our vehicle would be ready by Oct. 2nd. - work was completed by Friday Sept. 25th. When we arrived on to see our CRV it looked very good. Then when we drove it, it felt like it did when we left our home back our Sept. 6th...before the incident; which is what we were hoping for. So far so good! This week, my wife will be driving her car back & forth to work and Ryan said to "let him know if anything unusual shows up." Good work, good customer service equals two very happy customers! Two that are very appreciative of the professionalism and TLC of the staff at Col. Hts.
