Concerns about my car extended to observation by the m manager of a hanging water hose that I was cautioned to have repaired immediately.I was very appreciative of the managers concern.This company will be remembered by me and my family and will be recommended by me.My son oohs a member of Omega PsiPhi Phi fraternity and ie will have him suggest Colonial Heights Collision to his frat brothers.Again dealing with Colonial Heights Collision Cute was a delight

No need to contact me. You're representing them was fantastic from start to finish. However I take issue with having to pay 200 for a new battery in result of my vehicle being parked with your facility while it was being repaired. This is an issue I will pick up with USAA because I'm sure it would be pointless to pursue the dead battery with you.

I came to CHC after a very bad experience at another body shop used by my insurance company. I will NEVER go back to them but will DEFINITELY return to CHC and spread the word to others to use CHC. From the very first phone call to this survey after the work CHC has convinced me that I can trust their work and customer service. I only regret that I didn't come to you first.
