Im very unsatisfied with the work you all did on my car. The paint job you did was a joke. It came back with problems it did not have before. The tank was empty when you returned it, when i had a full tank before hand. Your excuse was the gas tank had busted/craked even though the report you gave me said no such thing. It jumps and bogs out now which i have never had happen before. The door handle was not fixed. The brakes sound horrible. My gas mile has dropped by 10 miles per gallon. The car says failure on all the sensors which you were suppose to fix. I now have to return again on monday for you'll to just take another look and then maybe youll fix it right. Very upset you did a rush job instead of fixing it. The only thing that works correctly is the tail light. Also dissatisfied with having to pay for halfass job and even the possibility of having to pay for it again is ridicules.

My automobile was further damaged while in your shop unrelated to the rquired repairs. the person who did it did not notify the proper people as to what happened. since my truck is 16 years old I was okay with the modifications management did to make amends, however, had it been a new truck it would have been totally unacceptable. I am not as confident returning as I was the previous time I was in for repairs.

My interaction was with Ryan representing USAA! I had a great experience! He was always timely with giving me updates and keeping me informed with the status of my car. One day I didn't receive an update notification and I actually arrived early to pick up my vehicle; and he had exceptional customer service. I had not received his update due to phone service but he got me back into a rental and made the process smoother. I would for sure recommend Because of the service and timely notifications I received! I'm also extremely satisfied with the work done to the body of my car! I have a 2015 Corolla; and the car looks fresh off the lot again !

I look forward to receiving the call. The customer service is not the issue. Ryan has been more than help full. The actual job performed is sub par. I have orange peel on my front bumper, slight indentation was not fixed (on bumper). Debris in paint/clear all over in numerous spots. Buffer swirls marks and fine scratches. Employees tool lodged in my left suspension. Will provide photos/video for all discrepancies.

Ryan was the best adjustor. He kept me updated on the status of my chrysleep. Ryan was very friendly and professional. I would come back there anytime
