Great ezperience

I was there getting my car repaired through Geico due to getting rear ended which required no financial responsibility on my part. Unfortunately, while my car was there for body work only, I was told at the end of day 2 that a light came on & I needed an alternator which seemed really convenient given the timing. Initially I told Jeff to go ahead and fix it but changed my mind and called back 30mins later but there was no answer and I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. The next morning day 3 I called several times prior to opening but again no answer and unable to leave a message. I finally got the receptionist at 8am told her to have them hold on the alternator work I'll take it to my regular mechanic. Jeff called me back about 2.5hrs later and said that the work was already completed the night before which I didn't believe and I told him that I wasn't bringing my car back because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. He then called me back again saying he fixed some other stuff of no charge to me. I was really upset because I was in that situation of no fault of my own then to be taken advantage of was unacceptable.

Everything from dropoff to pickup was easy for me. And the car looks great. Thanks!
