Repair appears to have been done well and quickly. Masking tape was left inside rear bumper, however and was hanging off the car after I drove it home. Interior of windshield was also streaked and dirty. Minor details, but thought you would like to know.

It was an excellent experience! Seemless and as painless as it could be to need a repair for an accident that wasn’t my fault.

Personnel were friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and make this situation as positive as it could be.

One issue was that a wire was cut to an amplifier that my son had connected into the trunk of the fusion. he was able to reconnect but I was surprised that the wire had been cut and not repaired.

There is some very minor damage to the vehicle upon completion. A scratch right above a piece of window trim I’m guessing happened when putting it back together. The Silverado emblem on the driver side door isn’t even when I measured the original factory installed one on the passenger side of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was going to be cleaned upon completion and it was but still reminisce sanding dust from the body of the vehicle. There is a scratch on the plastic on the driver door pannel that had to be removed for the repairs. The time frame was way off as well. The repairs took almost a full week longer then expected and I understand things happen but the three different days they said it was going to be ready all came and went. So I have no clue how any of these things can be taken care of or I can be compensated for because I don’t wanna leave my vehicle there again not knowing exactly when I’m going to get it back. I believe sdr is capable of great work because I have seen it first hand on some of my friends cars but I guess it’s just my luck. All employees were helpful and friendly and the job was expertly done. My only complaint was the text messages that I received repeatedly stated work was on schedule and my car would be ready Thursday at 5. When nobody had called by 4:30, I called there. The car was not ready until Friday at **** which resulted in additional transportation issues. I certainly hope I never need your services again but in the event I do, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle there or recommend you to others. Many thanks for a job well done.
