Kevin at the Collison center went above and beyond to make sure we had our car when we needed it. My daughter uses the car for work and was concerned about not being able to go to work. She only had to miss one extra day. He even offered to drive her to work but we don't live in town. I can tell he is a Dad and it was very sweet of him to offer to help out my daughter like that. With so many bad people on the world doing horrible things to each other, it's nice to see that there are decent people willing to help you. Thank you!!!

They were very professional and up to date. Even the text messages were a relief to hear that they are on the job and taking care of their customers. With the combination of a good insurance company and the dealership can prove to have amazing results beyond expectations. Both work together to ensure my satisfaction. Not to mention the speed and quality of the professionals work to restore the vehicle to its natural state.

The manager there is the best! He showed above and beyond the best customer service I have encountered in years! He was very friendly, took time to speak to us not just hurry along,,he was also very polite and easy to speak with!! The receptionist is super efficient, very personable, great conversationalist,and she us funny too! The work done on my car looks awesome! as busy as everyone was no one made you feel like they were super busy! happy Sanders Ford did the job!!! Thanks again everyone!

The car was returned with scratches that were not on my car when I dropped it off. They did a poor job fixing the scratches from the accident and then put a clear coat over the entire bumper making every nick stick out like a sore thumb. It looks terrible and I am completely unhappy with the service I was provided.

Please contact me at: ****-****-xxxx. My repairs are incomplete and will have to go to another shop after being in your shop for 36 days. As an experienced manager, the first thing I would do is eliminate some of the employees that are not producing. Specifically, I would immediately fire Mike Gordon and seek an experienced manager that understands quality control procedures, has a maintenance mindset, and is skilled in customer service. Mike on the other hand would not even address me with my concerns. If that is what a manager is supposed to act like, I guess I have no idea what I'm talking about. I look forward to hearing from you.

Michael in Collision went above and beyond to accommodate my change of plans. I called and asked to have my truck ready 3 days early. With the help of JB in Service and the Parts Dept. they worked together to get my truck fixed 3 days early! They overnighted parts, rearranged schedules and kept pushing till it was done. Sanders Ford working together and getting it done, saved me time and money.
