After repairs were finished the car was not checked if it was drivable. When I drove it off the lot I found the tire pressure was low. When I went to put air in the tires I found one of the TPMS gauges was broken. This was not broken when I dropped the car off. I returned to the shop and the owner told me I had to get my dealer to fix this, which cost me 250.

Our car was not ready for us to pick up until two full days after the date it was initially promised. We had to pay out of pocket over 60 additional for extra days rental car charges due to the delay on the part of Inernational Collision. At 4pm on 2/3 we were told that the car was completed and ready to be picked up that day. Then we were called again 30 minutes later to be told that a repair to the tail light had not been done, a replacement part had to be ordered and that it would then be ready for pickup around noon the next day (2/4). I had to call the next day (no one called me) to find out that the wrong part had come in and that the repair work would take an additional day. Each time, I asked and was told that International Collision was handling the additional days' rental with Enterprise. However when the car was finally picked up on 2/5 and the rental car returned I discovered that Enterprise charged us for the additional days. We are not satisfied and would not recommend your business due to poor communication and responsibility.

Everyone with whom I dealt was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The inspection of the damage and the estimate were handled well and the repair work was excellent. In addition, I truly appreciated the shuttle service provided by Mr. Eli Klutt (I hope I spelled his name correctly). All in all, this was a good experience. Many thanks!

I was very happy with the repair. The adjuster, Dennis McLendon, was very professional and clear of what would take place and when to expect my car to be completed. Communication was excellent, as was coordination with rental car company. When I picked up the car, there was a problem with the speaker not working (there was no way they could have checked, as the aftermarket radio was not marked on/off). They took it back to the shop right away and took care of it right away. Everything works great. I would not hesitate to use International Collision again. Thanks!

Eli was terrific and your technicians did a great job. I can't find the spots where my car was unfortunately hit by rocks. I know ridiculous! And on New Year's Eve. The paint job looks wonderful too. Thank you!

Repairs completed as promised and by projected date. All repairs appear to have been done in an excellent manner. My Hyundai Santa Fe looks as good as new. The very competent, helpful, and friendly staff at International Collision kept me constantly apprised of the status of the repair work. Glad I had GEICO insurance.

Your service went beyond regular car repair. I liked the fact that emails were sent to let me know what was going on within the process. Mostly, what I liked is not only was my car returned within a timely manner it washed and cleaned. Outstanding service!
