The email updates were great until the day it was supposed to be done, then they stopped and I had to call for an update. On Monday I called for an update and no one returned my call. It was until I called back on Tuesday to find out that my car was finished.

My cay is always clean when I receive it.
One comment: you may wish to consider giving a lead time to the client to pick up the vehicle. Say, when the car is almost ready, call the client to say the car will be ready between this hour and that hour. The client can then make arrangements to pick up the vehicle with sufficient time.

Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He (or his minions) kept me posted on the progress of my repair.
I was also very impressed with the professional attitude of the service technician who gave me my car back.
My appointment took place when scheduled and the whole drop-off and pick-up went very smoothly.
The parking lot was very full both times I went. That was the only "problem."
All in all, a very positive experience with a well-organized company. Hope I don't have to use the gift card, but it's nice to have.
