The only thing that I would say could improve is calling the client for updates. I got told 3 different days when my car would be ready. If I would’ve gotten and update call about the part not being here. Would’ve made all the difference. Aside from that everything was great! The lady ar the front was so patient and my car was cleaned inside and out and I love them for that! Thank you.

I received daily text updates for the first week that my car was in the shop, each one indicating that the repair was on schedule to be completed by Friday. When Friday came, communication stopped, and each time I called (that Friday and again the following Tuesday and Thursday), I was told the repairs were complete and I would get a call by COB or the following business day telling me when I could pick up the car. Finally got a call Thursday after hours saying the car was ready.
When I got the car home and saw it in the sun, I discovered a very large, very shallow but easily visible dented area on driver's side door, near where the damage was being repaired. I have no way of knowing if that damage happened in the accident, while the car was in the shop, or even if it was preexisting, but if it was preexisting, I have no idea why someone wouldn't have pointed it out. There is no creasing to the metal or damage to the paint, and it seems it would have been easily resolved. Had I known it was there, I would have happily paid out of pocket to have it taken car of while the rest of the work was being done.
Overall, it added up to an experience that wasn't terrible but was certainly disappointing.

At first the appointment was so long then Mantainance took almost two month which led us unnecessary cost for rentals. Finally We found missing parts from our car which were not placed back after dismantled. We need a fix for that.
