You al replaced my windshield, hood, and fixed some dents in the roof and on the side. It looks absolutely beautiful. Nobody would guess that anything had been replaced. As I was driving at 65 and 70 mph yesterday I could hear a whistle as if a little bit of air were coming in from a space in the sealing of the windshield or something. That was not that way before. Also, there is a grinding noise that sounds like it's around the steering column when I am just starting out in 1st or 2nd gear that was not there before. I can't see how that could be realted to changing a windshield and hood, but maybe a piece of glass dropped in somewhere or something. I will call my Gieco adjuster tomorrow and talk to him about it. Maybe you all know some possibility of what could be causing that noise. But thank you, it looks beautiful. Well done!

Every one we dealt with from the receptionists to the insurance adjusters treated us with curtesy, kindness and dignity, which made an unpleasant situation for us as painless as it could possibly be. And from what we can see, the workmanship was outstanding.

The staff was very polite and helpful. However, when I started my car I noticed a warning light for my tire pressure was on. That was not on days prior when I dropped my car off. Later that same day, I discovered there was a nail in my tire. I had to pay to get my tire repaired after having just paid a copay to get my car repaired. I am certain this occurred while my car was at International Collision and not in my possession. However, since I drove the car off of the lot and did not bring it up to staff, I figured they would likely argue that I had no proof and refuse to reimburse me for the cost of the tire so I simply let it go. I was also slightly put off by the small window of time you are open on Saturdays. I explained to the representative over the phone on Friday that since I do not live in or near Rockville, it would be difficult to get my car unless it was during the work week. It was not ready for pick up on Friday by 12pm as I was told it would be so I was unable to pick it up on Friday. When I called on Saturday, no one answered the phone so I did not bother to make the drive up there. Overall, I had a good experience and would utilize the international collision centers' services again in the future.
