The gentleman that went over the finished repairs was wonderful and informative. I wish I could remember his name . He was the reason I would come back to your establishment. However the two women at the front desk were - let's just say their customer service wasn't friendly.

The work was very well done. All representatives of the company were most cordial and polite, and even "went the extra mile" for me. It was disappointing that the car was not available to be picked up Friday, as originally expected, but I figured better for you to keep it over the weekend until Monday and get it done right, than to stick to the original projected timetable, if that wasn't quite enough time to get it all done correctly.

Original estimate was that car would be done Wednesday or Thursday, and it was not done until the following Monday. Status updates were not accurate, including an email on the Friday evening that my car was ready when it was not. It's not so much that I was truly inconvenienced, but I had to keep changing my prospective pickup plans.

Only problem encountered was that I couldn't add my rental car to my EZPass account because a previous renter forgot to remove the vehicle info from their account. It would be great if international collision reminded customers to remove the car info after they return the car because EZPass can't remove it themselves. Thanks for great service! Scott from international collision was great and very professional and jack from enterprise was great too. Thanks!

Well nobody would go over the repairs on my car properly. The windshield was hard to see out of and still is. My dashboard was dirty. I asked the girl at the front desk if she could have someone help me but the gentleman was with a customer who was complaining about her deductible instead of helping a customer who was paid up. The girl at the front desk was nice but couldn't answer questions and I was sent on my way.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was taken care of after I arrived. The repair only took two days from start to finish, which is the fastest I've ever seen! I appreciated how quickly my car was ready when I came to pick it up, and I also was pleased with the work as well as finding my car cleaned on the inside. What a pleasant surprise! It is my hope to never return, but if I or someone I know is in accident, I will send them to your business! Thanks again! Sarah

It was already dark when my car was released and did not notice a white streak on the bumper that was repaired. I am not sure if it is a scratch or some compound, but it feels coarse. I was assured by Mark that if I see anything by daylight to bring it back. I will have to go back tomorrow morning to have it looked at. Not happy about it as this should have been checked thoroughly before released.

I think that you did a good job. I was expecting this experience to be much more stressful, but your team is professional with great customer service skills. My only issue is that the only time you didn't email me was when my car was ready. I don't have great phone service in my house, so I didn't know until the next day. Thanks!
