Great service

Our Tesla appears to be completely repaired both visually and functionally. We want to specifically commend Luis for maintaining communication with us, even delays in receiving ordered parts.

Job was well done. ONLY issue is how long it took. We went on holidays for 10 days, returned and ONLY then did we get the estimate. From that point, it still took two and a half more weeks to get the job done. So, pretty long turn-around time.

I went to go add gas to my vehicle and it went dark. Whole car no electricity and had to you a family member to get the car towed home.

The windshield is not flush, it is raised significantly on the passenger side, causes noticeable wind noise at highway speed, and I believe it will cause issues in the future. The wipers were not reinstalled correctly after the original work was done and scratched up the paint on multiple panels. After being told this would all be sanded and repainted, it was returned a second time with only touchup paint on some of the scratches, others were still clearly visible. There are multiple new additional scratches on areas that were originally fixed and replaced, and on other areas that did not have these major scratches prior to this work. The interior has greasy hand prints along the head liner above the windshield from greasy fingers, and there is a major grease or dirt mark where the liners were reinstalled that is also new. This is extremely frustrating and I had my car detailed before it was brought in to be worked on, and was only a year old and in extremely good condition before I brought it in. This is unacceptable and you should be embarrassed by the lack of quality work your people do..

Unsure if car drives like it did before accident

Repair took way longer than presented,did not get updates ahead of time to know it was going to be longer, car vibrates at stops or on park, has a "clack" noise mostly when driving forward, turning or reversing. Had to bring to the shop a few weeks later to get it check for a very loud noise, it sound like something was stuck under the car. Mechanic took a few minutes then explained he replaced a "broken screw".Why would there be an broken screw? Loud noise was gone but not the vibration or the clack noise.Also something sounds lose if I got over a speed bump or uneven roads. This much time and money paid by the insurance, I expected high quality work.

Drive the vehicle prior to returning. This will ensure a properly repaired vehicle.

It is little short of astonishing to see such a huge operation run so smoothly. The outstanding demeanor of every employee I encountered, your absurdly comfortable waiting area and the convivence and quickness of your service are all very impressive.

At every point your technicians and administrative staff were well informed, helpful and kind. Thank you.

Since picking up my 2022 Tesla there has been a consistent rattling sound coming from the same side of my vehicle that was worked on. I am completely dissatisfied with the efforts made by International Collision to have this matter resolved. In general, the approach has been to explain away my concerns without stopping to do a thorough investigation or re-examine the changes they made. I am extremely unhappy. No one wants to drive a **** year car and hear a lot of rattling sounds.
