On Nov. 10 I received a phone message that my car would be ready at 5P.M.with a request that I call to verify that I was going to pick the car up. When I called the lady who answered the phone said that the car wasn't in their system. I requested her to investigate and call me back so that I would not make a needless trip if the car was not ready. No one called back so I called Mike Staley-the GEICO claims adjuster. He contacted Henry in the Repair Dept. Henry said that the car would be ready in an hour. When I arrived the car was almost ready. For the lack of communication and my inconvenience Henry granted me a discount on my bill. For that I am grateful because what started out as a negative experience left me happy. Dave Fait

Every thing was good. Would like to know if grill and emblem parts were were purchased from Toyota dealer? Used coffee cup was left in the car when I picked it up just suggestion to check for cleanliness at the time of delivery.

The wrong windshield was delivered to the shop, delaying completion by a couple days. But otherwise, everything was fine. Especially appreciated customer service rep (Michael) detailing car to make up for delay.
