We were initially happy, however we seem to be having trouble with the radio/back up camera that we never had prior to the accident. On three different times the radio has turn off out of know where for no reason and taken a few mintues to come back on. On one of the occsaions when this happened we were backing up and since it had shut off the back up camera did not even come on. We are planning on bringing it in if this happens again as we are not sure why this is happening and never had any problems like this prior. Please advise. Thank you, Amy M

The communication initially seemed fantastic. The text updates letting me know my repair was on track were great. Then, my car was not ready the when promised and your shop did not contact me to let me know there would be a delay. What is the point of the text updates if they stop when there is a delay in the job? My car was supposed to be repaired on May 25th. It was not ready until june 6th. Nearly 2 weeks later than promised. The repair work seems good, timeliness and communication was terrible.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed on the car. I really appreciate ICC going the extra mile to fully fix the bumper and still give me the 100 dollar appearance allowance. It was difficult to get through to a person by phone. Several attempts were made to no avail. Later in the day another attempt was made and finally the phone was answered.
