The staff was all very nice, accommodated me efficiently regarding my claim, all questions were answered, the rental car was handled excellent by Kevin, my car was repaired quickly in less than a week, cosmetically my car looks great and was returned to me clean, and all original parts were salvaged except for one sensor. I marked a “no” to this question because, I have noted since picking my car up yesterday, that the lane departure sensor (front passenger side, which was the sensor that was damaged and replaced by you), is not as “strong” compared to the front driver’s side. Sometimes the sensor engages, sometimes it does not. I purposely tried to cross highway lanes today without signaling (safely of course), and the sensor failed to engage at times, and the car would continue to drift in the other lane. I was going to give it another couple days to assess the extent, before contacting Geico about this concern. Please call me to review at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

In 14 years of experience driving in the USA, this is the second time I have requested repairs to my vehicle from the insurers of those who collide to me. Very scared for the first bad experience with State Farm, I leave my car with you. I still do not get out of amazement for the excellent attention I received from Geico. totally satisfied with fixed and costumers service and my car was super nice also clean. Thanks Geico.

2 days after receiving the car back, the car won't start. It seems a problem with the battery; the battery is located in the back of this car where the repairs were done. I am scheduling a towing truck to bring back to you on Thursday 2/28/19.

The work was excellent, and done quickly. The only problem I had was finding the place when I went to pick up the car. I had forgotten the address so I looked on the business card inside of the pamphlet they gave me . Unfortunately it had an old address. I drove around a long time in this industrial area to try to find it. I finally found the address on the business card and it turned out to be a construction site. They had to come and find me and show me where the new place was. They never really apologized for giving me the wrong business card .

The headlights were on in my car when I received it back and the battery died about 10 minutes after I left the shop when parked at a store. Otherwise very happy with all the repairs, just wanted to give that small feedback.

I was given an incorrect date of completion of work on my car via multiple emails. Fortunately, before I left to pick up my vehicle on the designated date I called to ask what time I could pick up my vehicle. I left a voicemail but when I didn’t hear back I called the GEICO representative and was told that the office closed early that day (but that information was not on the voicemail greeting). Your quality of customer service is lacking to say the least. The entire process was frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of consideration and respect for your customers was very disappointing.
