Excellent Communications

The overall experience is great. The repair looks great and the car has been running very smoothly. It would have been excellent if it were not for a few small things: ****) the schedule was delayed six times. I got updates regularly at first, which I really appreciate, but after the first delay updates stopped coming and I had to constantly call for updates. 2) my front tag was thrown away as trash. I checked the pictures of the damages and found that my tag wS in good shape. Even if the tag is damaged to a point where a new tag is needed I would have appreciated if the decision was left for me to make. 3) a few stains were found on the front passenger head rest and the front passenger visor. Note: we have called regarding the tag and were promised reimbursement of the replacement tags, the the bracket and installation of the new tags. Thank you.

They did an excellent job! I really appreciated the frequent emails about the status of my car. Also -my car looks amazing. The car was very clean when I got it back and you could not even tell I was in an accident. I would highly recommend International Collision to others.

Did not like how the company kept my car an extra day and each time I called to check on my pick up time..the car wasn’t ready and they would say they would get back within hour and never did...and they waited 45mins before closing to call me and say the car was ready to be picked up! If you say the car will be ready by a certain day...please try to be more prompt!

The actual body work was excellent and the staff were great but my rear back up camera only works intermittently since the repair. I have a follow up appointment scheduled.

I picked up my car on June 5 at 4PM. At the pick up time, the car looked good. But , two days later, on Sunday morning, I noticed that a trim on the bumper that was repaired by International Collision began to peel off at the teo ends. I immediately called the dhop on Monday and brought the car back to the shop for inspection. The representative at the shop told me that they will order the part for replacement. We took pictures of the bumper as proof. A week has gone by and I have not heard from International Collision. The trim on the bumper got worse. A long piece of the trim had peeled off from thr bumper. Very unhappy.

We had a small issue after the repair was complete and after we picked up the car for which we brought the car back the next day and the issue was addressed and resolved in about an hour. Still a scratch in the hood; returned to me with new scratches on black door trim; damage to rearbody paint with gloppy 3" random paint lines; grease hand prints on the white interior headliner and passenger visor; and I took care of throwing away the dirty rags and half full water bottle they left in the back.

I am satisfied with the service and the workmanship. In addition to this, I have received my car back ahead of the expected time. Overall, I am very pleased with everything. Thank you!
