I was extremely disappointed by the service provided by International Collision Service. First, I received an automated email explaining that my car was ready for pickup. I went to the service center only to find that my car was in fact not ready. The employee told me I had to wait for a phone call and to ignore the emails. Furthermore, the estimated date my car would be ready was off by an entire week. Lastly, the collision occurred on the left hand side of my car but my car was returned to me with a small piece of the right headlight broken. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, they explained I needed to send an email to my insurance because my insurance didn’t cover it. It was clear the shop saw this broken piece of headlight because they had it marked with a black marker. I would never bring my car back here and would never recommend this shop to any friends or family. Disappointing customer service.

I took my car to the dealership for maintenance and they told me the hood was not assembled perfectly with slightly upwards shift. Not a big deal anyway. Another thing is my spare tire kit was moved by someone. I don't really understand why this part was involved. And they didn't take them back to the supposed places which were a little bit messy in the trunk.

Good service

There were still some marks on the side mirror and the headlamp had not been repaired correctly. The bumper also didn’t seem like it was attached as completely as it should be. I really think the final inspection person needs to be retrained.

Fast service, it was done in two days.employees are polite and courteous.
