Very Convenient and excellent job.

The repairs look great, and I appreciated the detailed cleaning. That was a surprise. The office people were very helpful. The emails that came during the 4 weeks set my completion date several times and changed the date several times. That is the only thing that was a little frustrating. Overall, thanks to you for a great job.

Thanks for the awesome service from Alyse (spelling) to Chris to the team that worked on our Pathfinder. If we ever need work again we will certainly be using Collision One!

I would have liked to know when my car would be done. I know it was tricky, but waiting for a call when 20 minutes down the road is a lot of gas to go up there and find out it's not done.

Each week that my vehicle was suppose to be finished I received a phone call not to come pick it up but because they were behind and the vehicle would not be finished until the next week and that week turned into the next week. I understand they wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and they did keep me informed and that I did appreciate. It was just how long they had my vehicle. They had my vehicle for a month. Other than that the vehicle looked really nice and each person I spoke to weekly were very nice and helpful to find out what was going on with my vehicle.

I appreciated the detailing work on completion- they didn't hit the cup holders, but anything would have been an improvement! Also, changed windshield washer tank / pump, but didn't refill it. Minor, but I thought that would be there. The actual bodywork looks great!
