Rear bumper has a significant gap on right side that was not previously there. Trim around drivers side window should have been replaced. Numerous scuff marks. 5/8 inch gap between right rear bumper and fender. We discussed not taking bumper off due to a previous repair unknown to me. This should have been brought to my attention. The before and after photos are significantly different.

The repair was done quickly and I appreciated being kept in the loop. I also appreciated having the rental company in the same office, didn’t have to make an extra trip or rely on someone for transportation. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

On a scale of ****-5 with five being the best experience, I would give my experience a solid 7! The partnership between San Joaquin Collision, Geico, and Enterprise is truly an example of customer service excellence. My truck was completed a day early and... wait for it... WAS DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT! Couldn’t be happier in all of the staff involved. Kudos to all! I hope I never need you again ???? but you can expect me again if I ever do! Thanks so much!

Wish my bumper had been replaced correctly the first time, due to reorder causing delay I lost the ability to trade in the car for the full amount owed and now I am stuck with the car and the depreciated value.

The staff was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained the process and what to expect and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and look professional. Also, if you have Geico this is the place to go. They will take care of everything; and have a rental car waiting for you.

Everything looked fine but in my experience (which was only one 10+ years ago) the car should have been washed and presented clean for me. I’m not sure if that was protocol or the other body shop going above and beyond but this time the inside of the car was not cleaned neither was the outside. I drove it straight to the car wash when I left. Maybe just having the car washed and clean would make a great impression for clients..but just as suggestion. Thanks again!

Seems your guys used the same screws ,and instead of replacing items you guys repaired them and used them again also plastic covers were damaged and left as is,there are details that need to be fixed and I honestly expected my truck to be like new because before the accident it was practically brand new and I am not satisfied at all

I took car from the center this evening. I just noticed now that right fog light is not working and left turn signal is blinking at faster rate than right turn signal indicator. I will call the center tomorrow morning to fix it. Thanks
