The service departments both the front office and the seperate insurance department were very good to me, and were easy to talk with.
The insurance department walked me through what was being done to my vehicle and when it was expected to be completed.

The only problem I have with the perfect repair, is that the trailer wiring was in the compartment built into the right side of the bumper. And not tyraped to hitch receiver.
Hopefully I can drop by have this taken care of.
