I greatly appreciate the customer service provided by Blossom Chevrolet’s body/collision team. The mechanics and office associates made the process convenient and efficient. I received regular updates to inform me of the status of my repairs. Communications in person as well as over the phone were always courteous and honest. From arranging my rental with enterprise, to checking in my vehicle and picking it up, I felt valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Blossom Chevrolet on Shadeland ave in Indianapolis,Indiana as a trusted company.

Updates were nice, but seemed robotic. Got message that was 53 percent done after a week and next day report that it was finished. Would be nice to see picture of progress.
