I appreciate the entire team, from my Geico rep to the Enterprise associate and the receptionist that checked me in, making the process 100% pain free. I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences at other body shops but the staff here have made me a believer once again that not all dealers/body shops are out to get you and there are some people who actually care still left in the world.

My overall experience was positive, however some delay in communication occurred when service took longer than estimated. Not a big deal, and I would still recommend/return to Blossom! Thank you.

Didn’t paint the quarter panel like we originally agreed on. Then one the technicians pulled out my auto start cable with feet.... I think they rushed the repair and I got a full price for one day even though I brought it back with in the 24 hour timeframe.
