I seriously was impressed from start to finish. I loved the text updates. I loved the phone call updates. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It really couldn't not have went smoother.... your whole team made this less than pleasant accident feel not so scary, and eased my mind a lot. Randy was excellent and on point with customer service.
