This was my first experience at Toyota of North Charlotte, and it was a very positive one. With this being the first time I had ever been in a car accident, I wasn't sure of how the repair process worked, but Kevin, Ashley, and Stephanie were all very patient with me and explained it clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect. Kevin even sent me additional status update emails when key milestones had been reached and looked over my vehicle several times to ensure that it was properly repaired with quality parts. I am very thankful to him and the entire team for their help in getting my car fixed and back to me.
