I could not have had a better experience. The office admin was amazing she talked me through my repairs!! My geico adjuster was very professional! And Dave at the shop is just a cutie pie who was so sweet and kept me well informed! The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and kept a smile on her face...

Stains from the coffee on my passenger seat can still be seen. I'm not sure if this is due to a lack of cleaning or because they could not be removed. No explanation was given.

The work on my car was satisfactory. The problem I had is when I got my vehicle bask and got home opened Trunk it was full of white residue all over my new mats on my belongings. It was AL over seat and seatbelts. I was not happy I should be refunded my 100 deductible I paid toyota.

My car looked like someone dumped a trash pit in it. I understand I still had some things in the trunk. But when folders with resumes were thrown across the backseat and bags of stuff were dumped upside down, I dont appreciate that. Literally **** was crammed in there. Even if stuff was left it could of been placed inside my car and now thrown in there. I now have to go scrub my interior because my seats are scuffed and my floors are filthy. Over all I thank them for fixing it. But next time I will not return.

Thanks I am pleased with both the speed and quality of the repairs, I did have one issue with picking up the vehicle, I recieved a text message on Thursday notifying me that my vehicle was finished that read as follows: "Update: Your Lexus is all fixed and ready to come home! We will call you soon if we haven't already, to arrange pick up. Toyota - North Charlotte" and since it said I will receive a call before pick up I waited for a call to get a time to pick up the vehicle. The call never came and when I did call on Monday morning the person I spoke to on the phone was a bit annoyed that I called to schedule a time to pick up. Besides that small issue I am very pleased.
