Our experience started well the first time I spoke to Stephanie. She empathized with me as the victim of vandalism to our vehicle and gave me instructions on where to have our vehicle delivered. Then she sent me a follow up email with contact information for Scott Magnuson. Scott provided great service. He explained the process to repair our vehicle and set realistic expectations for when the work would be completed. Scott continued to keep me informed by phone calls and email. UnFortunately this is my 2nd time visiting the body shop and hopefully my last time. But I must say the service has been Great! From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out 8 days later.
