I was very pleased to meet the team at Toyota of N.Clt. They made me comfortable with their courteous,friendly, and professional welcome to their shop. They thoroughly covered the repair process,and answered all my questions. The repair work was excellent, and they actually made the rest of my 07 Tundra shine and match the newly painted area. I'm also thankful that they helped make the rental process painless. I would highly recommend them. It was also great to meet Scott, a fellow Michiganian enjoying Carolina weather!

Hello. I expected the welcoming air I always receive from the service department. For example, with the service department, they can find additional damage but show some sort of understanding when telling you. This was not so with the body shop, The body shop seemed to have an attitude that was not welcoming, as if I wasn’t about to spend my money there. I nearly had to get a bad attitude with a woman whom was referred to as Steph, who could not locate my file, though I had an estimate in my hand, and began to start doing something else and left me standing there with no additional assistance. A gentlemen who remembered me came forward to pick up where Steph chose to leave off. My initial decision was to pay out of pocket. My car was at the body shop for 8 hour, a full day, before a young lady called. I advised since there is more damage and the cost has risen, I’ll fine with State Farm. The young lady said, “I don’t know how that is done, I will need to let ( I can’t remember the mans name) know.” As I was saying thank you, she was hanging up. The indifference shown to me I believe would have never happened at the Service department. There was a distinct contrast between the service department and the body shop. Per my opinion, the body shop could use interpersonal customer service workshops.

First the work was not performed. Second Michelle or someone there released my car for salvage before I could gather my belongings knowing I had to retrieve them, causinge to have to travel 30 miles to get my items. Third and most importantly someone there took a few items from my car including an umbrella and jumper cables. So no not happy
