Everyone was wonderful and friendly and professional. I loved the friendly text messages keeping me up to date on how my car was doing. And I couldn't believe it after I drove away that you washed my car and had vacuumed the inside! Thank you. You have the best customer service!

We don't need anyone to contact us. We are satisfied with the finished product. We just wanted you to know that having to wait two weeks to get the car into the shop was daunting. Then we were told it would take three days for the car to be completed. After three days, I was contacted and informed that it would be at least a week. When I contacted the shop again when that time was up, I was told it would be another week as there was more damage than previously thought. This was extremely inconvenient, as we did not have a rental car (insurance would only cover 80% of one). These wait times make us unlikely to use your shop again. Additionally, when we picked up the car, one of the main issues with the vehicle was not fixed. Though it was quickly fixed when we brought the car back, we had to bring it back (after clearly pointing out this problem when dropping it off)! The receptionist had even noted the problem on the order sheet for the mechanic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the car looks and works great, but all in all we were quite inconvenienced and would probably not use your shop again. We just thought we'd let you know why. Please no more text messages. Thanks, Hannah J
