The whole experience from walking into the shop to drop off my vehicle for repair to getting updates on the progress of the work to my pick-up today was professional and thorough. The repair looks great, and it was finished quickly, and everyone was very professional and sweet, but when I got my car back I could not move my side view mirrors electronically, so I have to make another trip over there to have them fix that, and it's a bit of an inconvenient hike. That is the only reason I can't say I was "completely" satisfied.,

Sometimes I feel uncomfortable when I go to a repair facility - the staff is in old t-shirts, the office is old and run-down, there are rows and rows of file cabinets. Not here - this was a great experience! From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely professional and nice and the shop was great to visit; the owner even drove me to the train station to help me get home. You kept me informed of my car's progress and did a full walkthrough of the car before I picked it up. A top-notch experience; hopefully, I never have to use you again, but if I ever do need auto body services, I'll be strongly inclined to come back!

I will preface this by saying the damage to my car was not extensive, replacing the rear bumper and a tailpipe cover, but I dropped my car off first thing Tuesday morning and it was ready on Wednesday afternoon. Very professional, quick and efficient. I expected this to take a week and it took less than 2 and it looks like new again (car was less than 6 months old). Very easy and painless process and having Geico and Enterprise on site made it even easier. I couldn't be happier with the process and the work they provided. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will be returning there.

Dear Paul, Nick, Jay, Staff and Mechanics, Thank you for your wonderful customer service and for always taking good care of my Jeep. Everything is running well at this time and the repairs my vehicle needed as per the Geico Insurance agent were finished ahead of schedule based on the information I was given. I really appreciated that everything was finished three days ahead of the estimated completion date. I was having phone issues yesterday because my voicemail was full and Paul was kind to send me a text that the repairs were finished. That text was helpful. I'm sincerely grateful to have found an auto repair shop that I can trust with my repairs and I'm going to continue to tell everyone I know to go to Whitemarsh Collision.
