2 and 3 days into the repairs, I received 2 text messages telling me it was going to take almost another week before the car is ready (I was first told it would take 2-3 workimg days). When I called to ask why, I was first given a guessed answer ("probably your car needs more repair, a new estimate was sent to you insurance company"). I then had to call my car rental company to extend the rental duration, before your agent calls me back to tell me that my car was actually going to be ready that same day, and that the new estimate sent to insurance was only to include more labor charges. My overall experience was still very good, but this incident prevented me from selecting "completely satisfied".

You not only fix the door on the front side but you also fixed the rear side and also cleaned the car, and if I have noticed this correctly you polished up the front headlights. Thank you! Great service, fast and friendly. I'll recommend you.

There was an ugly oil stain on the floor in the back and a piece was newly broken in the rear of the vehicle disabling the ability to shut the rear storage container areas. Neither was noted to us. Both are new unexpected and disappointing problems.

I liked the experience working with Fairway Auto Body from GEICO'S assistance.
I received information from GEICO that they will go after State Farm for the full repayment after I paid GEICO/Fairway in full.
One thing I do not understand is where the money for GEICO/Fairway is coming from?

A totally first rate experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and respectful. Very efficient and businesslike. My rental car was ready and waiting, the pate work prepared. On pick up my car repair looked perfect and the process was just as smooth
