The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very accommodating to my need to get in, and out. I felt the process was seamless, drop off , get rental then allowing me time to get to work. Also, the short turn around was perfect for getting me back in my own vehicle. A great experience!

Ambiguous text indicated I'd receive another text if car was not ready. Didn't get one, so I showed up at 4 on Friday, but told to return Saturday at 1130. I didn't mind as I live close by. Your association with Enterprise made it all so easy. It was a wonderful experience for something so potentially stressful. Every staff member was professional and very kind.

The detailing was only half done and all the settings were changed on my very expensive radio my apps were shut down etc. This has nothing to do with my damage.The job seems to be fixed well but because of this your rating has gone down.

The repair was extremely quick. All the employees I dealt with were very helpful, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. The text messages were an easy way to hear about progress. But really, the best part was the people. So professional!
