I was very impressed with the way the whole process went. From a stressful situation,they helped me from the day I dropped my jeep wrangler to be fixed and and constantly sent me updates on the progress of my vehicle and on top of that the workmanship was great. Could not be happier of the entire process.

On pickup, car didn't start due to discharged battery. They said the inside light might have been left on. They jump started it and checked the battery voltage and said it was good at 14 volts. The car is a little over 2 years old. As long as the battery ends up lasting a normal amount time (4 or 5 years), I won't be concerned. But if I start having battery problems I won't be happy. For a previous repair at this shop, I also had a battery problem that left me stranded until I noticed that the negative terminal was in place but not tightened. I was able to tighten it and get the car running again. It just gives me the impression there is some carelessness in the work process that needs to be addressed.

The whole experiences was entirely professional and the repair job was well done. Couldn't be happier with the job done by you! Thank you!

I especially liked the texts that kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. The repair looks excellent.

The only thing was my starter button was removed, and still is unresolved as of tonight but otherwise everything looks great, thanks.

I was called 5 days early and I was under the impression that when I pick up my truck everything would be perfect! But I was very wrong to think that , it cost me extra gas and time out of my only day off to make a second trip back to the shop because my signal lights was not working and also my mat on driver side is dirty from person work shoes. My headlights are horrible they fog up and we're not focused I got pulled over in my town because my signal lights were not working and now I will have to make another trip back to the shop to have head lights changed and not sure when that will happen after waiting so long to get my truck repaired. There was some of the body work that was not buffed out and that delay me leaving the night of pick up and also my battery died so they had to charge it up . Never want to go through this again
