I was very satisfied with the results after repair, the time frame it took the staff to fix my car, but most of all the costumer service. I'm a firm believer that the way someone treats you can definitely make or break the experience regardless of the service you're being offered. Brett Reed was outstanding he assured that I was aware and informed about every detail of my vehicle repairs during the time my car was in the shop. I definitely will keep spring auto mall in mind for any future repairs that my vehicle might need. Everyone tuay greeted me was amazing a very warm and home like feeling when you walk in.

I found the reception area to be clean and neat. The folks at the front desk were nice and definitely made me feel that my business was welcome. You don't get that at shops nowadays so well done!

Car looks fantastic outside and I was amazed how nicely you cleaned it inside. Getting the work completed right on schedule was a big help to me. Thank you all so much. This was an outstanding job you did on my car and the customer service, including the texted updates, I would rate the best I have experienced. I was satisfied, but you need to have a better way of getting people to the nearest Metro station and picking them up from there instead of the ad hoc manner you do it now.

An accident is hard to take in, so many things to cosder and decisions have to be made quickly, many times in a fog. From the time I spoke to the receptionist, I felt I was in good hands. I knew that the repairs were in the best hands and this was one aspect of this mess I didn't have to worry abou.t. Lisa and the team stayed in touch and the rest just stayed smooth and easy. No headaches about what or when, no false claims about dates, just smooth and easy. Everyone has been SUPER and the quality is the best. Thanks for making this as worry free as it could be. A special hug and thanks to Lisa, who was great to me and all the family.

I was given my car but no one took me out to the car to review the repairs or explain what was done. Very poor customer service. The bumper still had green marker from when the specialist first noted the damage. I should have gone to bmw for repairs. At least they treat you like they care.

Due to back order on parts for my Volvo, the delivery date on my vehicle was delayed. Thanks to the effort of SMall's Lisa Holley, who kept me updated, informed, and SMall covering the additional car rental cost, I remain a very satisfied customer.
