I was very satisfied with the results after repair, the time frame it took the staff to fix my car, but most of all the costumer service. I'm a firm believer that the way someone treats you can definitely make or break the experience regardless of the service you're being offered. Brett Reed was outstanding he assured that I was aware and informed about every detail of my vehicle repairs during the time my car was in the shop. I definitely will keep spring auto mall in mind for any future repairs that my vehicle might need. Everyone tuay greeted me was amazing a very warm and home like feeling when you walk in.

An accident is hard to take in, so many things to cosder and decisions have to be made quickly, many times in a fog. From the time I spoke to the receptionist, I felt I was in good hands. I was given my car but no one took me out to the car to review the repairs or explain what was done. Very poor customer service. The bumper still had green marker from when the specialist first noted the damage. I should have gone to bmw for repairs. At least they treat you like they care.
