My car has a grinding sound and is missing mud guards in the rear. I hope to get these issues resolved soon. I understand the delay on the mud guards may be an issue with the insurance company.

I was pleased with the service. The difference between good and excellent service for me would have been the time line. Unfortunately as a result of the holiday my car was going to be in the shop one extra day. Then the repairs went an additional day. Nonetheless i was satisfied.
