I was impressed that it only took one hour to do the paper work on my Chev Malabu including getting a loaner car. I think that the return of the loaner could have been handled more professionally. No one walked around the car with me when I retuned it and I did not get a bill. They said that it will be charged to my credit card.

I was a little apprehensive about the process because of the horror stories friends have told me about auto repair shops. However, I was absolutely pleased with all the service personnel. My entire experience was professional and efficient. I was done in less than 30 minutes and my car was completed as promised.

Everyone was nice and friendly in terms of customer service. The problem is it felt like I got bait and switched. I was going to have the repairs done at my Mercedes dealership but was told that Delray Buick GMC can do it faster and cut my deductible in half. So I went with you guys. I brought the car in Monday and was told it will be ready Friday. Midweek I received an email saying it was near completion but would be ready Saturday. I was going out of town Friday evening so I was not going to be able to pick up until Monday...adding 3 days to my rental car charges. I showed up Monday morning to pick up my car and it was not ready and I had not been notified. It was finally ready late in the day on Tuesday but I was unable to pick it up until Wed morning. I had to pay the full deductible plus double the cost of the rental car. Again everyone was friendly when explaining why the full deductible was charged and the delay of repairs. The later was do to the not getting the parts timely, which I pointed out would have been timely with at the Mercedes dealership but they disagreed. Anyway...i understand the whole situation and am sharing this all because you asked why I was not completely satisfied and the above was why.
