We had been loyal customers of Marco’s for years, and when we wanted to pick up the car at Service King today, we were disappointed due to the fact that Service King would not go an extra mile for their customers. With Marco’s, every time we picked up our cars, we were always shown what extra mile they had done to our cars, such as doing little touch ups etc., we left the car until Monday because the engine hood had problem to be opened. I remember Marco’s did few touch ups, I went back to show it needed to be polished more, and Marco rented a car from Enterprise for me to drive. This is my first time dealing with Service King.
