Wow what can I say, service king San Gabriel is amazing. Dropped my car off on June 2, it was ready by June 14th. I've heard horror stories about cats staying in shops for 2 months. Javier Bello was the greatest. This team definitely deserves a pizza party or a BONUS!!! Totally satisfied. It's great to know good customer service still exists in this mad world. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate the daily updates on the job completion. It's good to know my car is being worked on right away. My only comment is the right side view mirror. It does not have the same shine as the body, or the left side mirror. The paint is kind of flat. I could feel the dent from the accident caused by the big rig. But, it's ok. It's probably the best you could do. Otherwise, the paint job is done nicely and I am pleased. Thank you.

Multiple Screws missing on parts replaced, car was not cleaned on the inside when delivered, and outside dirty. This experience was very disappointing.

I was both surprised and pleased with the service I received. Javier was fantastic, extremely helpful and very friendly right from the start. He also agreed to buffing out some other small scratches on the right hand front side of the car and did not charge me extra, for which I was very appreciative. I arrived to pick up the car and found that he had been kind enough to use some of the black paint to cover a chip from a rock on the bonnet as well, which I had not requested - such fantastic service! As I went to get into my car another gentleman who appeared to have worked on my car (unfortunately I did not get his name) treated me in the same courteous and helpful manner. Our family will always bring my cars to your collision center, if need be, in the future and will be recommending you to our friends. Thank you again Javier and thanks to your team ????
