Service King San Gabriel

I am speechless about the entire process having my car serviced at your San Gabriel facility from 12/26 to ****/8. You have a great team working hard for nothing less than superb performance. In my opinion, they give your company a ton of well-earned respect and I am sure your leadership has quite an influence in this for them to always desire the highest achievement possible not only in car repair but also customer service. Please do be proud of your team and I want to personally thank Mr. Daniel Holguin, Ms. Marcia, Hugo and many others behind the scene that worked on my work order #173-2862506. You guys did an amazing job on restoring my car and you didnt just stop there, you guys went up and beyond adding many cost-effective ideas to keep the total cost as low as possible for me. Only issue we had was when the car was done and we went to pick up there were some cleaning that needed to be done. Other than that everything great.

I would like to give Freddy a big shoutout for going above and beyond! I took my car in to get a new bumper last Monday, the estimated pick up time was in a week and from all the email updates I received throughout the process everything seemed to be on schedule. However, as I was on the way to pick up the car I got a call saying that there were some complications and my car was not going to be ready until maybe the next day. I was very shocked at first as I did not get this update until minutes before my scheduled pick up time. I talked to my advisor Freddy and he understood my situation that I really need to pick up the car today and was able to work the situation out with the technician. Instead of just sending me home with a rental car and have me come back the next day, Freddy went out of his way to made sure the work was completed and saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you Freddy and all the technicians who worked on my car! You all did a fantastic job!

Although it took longer than I thought, Service King in San Gabriel has the BEST customer service. They went way above & beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our car. After we drove around for awhile we notice the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. Not sure why. We didn't go back to ask.

The service advisor was really professional and was on top of his game. I never had to worry about anything and he kept me informed of everything that was happening with my car. 5 stars.

If I could give Javier extra monetary compensation for the service he gave, I would do it in a heartbeat. He was extremely friendly and put me at ease after my accident. He went above and beyond by finishing my repair a day early (just in time for my weekend plans). I appreciated the daily updates and frequent phone calls he gave me. I will definitely come back to Service King.
