You facility is roomy, clean, and organized. That makes me feel relaxed, and to me that also indicates it is very likely a well managed shop. Your staff are polite and friendly. They take the time to answer policy and technical questions. That shows me Marco's cares about my car and me. Thanks to Omar he also sent me clear photos of damaged parts. That helped me to start to understand the damages. Since photos do not explain everything, I visited the shop next morning. When I was there the next morning, he showed me the damaged parts with good explanations. That provided me reassurance that my car is sent to the right shop that can make the right decisions. I am also happy that you use the top of the line paint. Marco's policies on original manufacturing parts and life time guarantee impressed me very much. It really reassures me that you are committed to doing a good repair job. Marco's even washed my car when I picked it up yesterday. I am happy.
