Omar Diaz was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and took care of my concerns. Alan Lu was extremely honest with what the repairs entailed. They promised when I would get my car back, and they kept their promise!!! The workmanship and the quality of work that was performed on my car were immaculate-- can't tell I was even in an accident! Alan is awesome to work with-- he truly cares for his customers, their cars, and ensures that his clients are completely satisfied with the service that they get. Thanks Alan!

The shop's workmanship was very bad and I am completely dissatisfied. I had high expectations seeing all the certificates on the shop's wall. I came in with rear end damage on a bumper and a small dent on the trunk. After the repair the bumper had small dings and scratches on it. If it was a new bumper it was poor quality. The paint had debris which created lumps on the paint. The paint job was not completely smooth and had rough spots. The person who worked on my car put a one inch scratch on my trunk near the H factory emblem. The emblem was loose after the repair. One side of the bumper was installed almost flushed but the other was protruding out and not flushed. The back bumper seem like it was missing hangers or clips because the bumper had a gap between the bumper and back taillights. You can see the bumper mounts or slots. It did not look secure. It did not look professional repaired. The interior cover in my back trunk rattled when I opened the trunk. The technician left loose debris inside the cover and did not tighten everything they loosened. The back break light on the trunk was not flushed and had a gap after the repair. Granted my car is nine years old and the cost of repairs was ****,124.21, but shouldn't they put more care into repairing the car with a good paint job. The car came out rushed, wet, and dirty it still had your car wax or cleaner on it. The repair was fast and did not look like quality repair work from a professional collision repair center under close inspection.
