I was treated with respect and the company was very professional and updates were given via text message. The staff was friendly and answered any questions from start to finish. I was also pleasantly surprised when picking my car up that the exterior was cleaned as well as the interior was spotless. Those extra touches really make you smile coupled with the body work!

I felt the service at Delta Collision was exceptional. My insurance company advised my car would be serviced by Delta Collision and i would receive a call from Delta Collision within 4 hours. I received a call from Delta Collision 15 minutes after i hung up from my insurance company and they said i could bring the car in immediately. They also made it easy for me by having rental cars on the lot and were very honest by providing information on a car that would meet the $30 a day my insurance company allowed for a loaner. When i brought my car in, i received immediate service and received a loaner car within 20 minutes. I had already called out of work because i thought the process of calling my insurance company and submitting a claim and getting an appointment to have my car looked at by a shop would be an all day ordeal. Delta Collision was so efficient i was at work a little after my normal scheduled time. Delta Collision also kept me abreast of the status of when the work on my car would be complete. My car was back in my driveway 8 days after i brought it in and **** day earlier than the original estimated day of completion. Overall, Delta Collision was very efficient and helpful.

The car comes out of Delta looking brand new. They do great work and have an excellent staff.
