Made my unfortunate accident much more pleasurable. From day **** all employees I came in contact with were caring and pleasant. They kept me informed everyday with updates. Car was finished **** day ahead of schedule too. Loved that I only had to go to one place for car repair and rental car. That was a high plus.

From the first call to the day of pickup, Minerva was excellent! There were a few frustrations with the insurance but she kept us calm, comfortable & informed. Upon pickup the repairs were done very well, we’re very satisfied with Delta.

I had the best experience with Delta Collision. My car accident was unexpected and traumatizing but my experience with Delta was so reassuring. They were extremely helpful and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. My car damaged was repaired fast and thoroughly. Thank you Delta!

Everyone at Delta collision was really helpful and professional!!! I Dropped my car of at Delta Collision after a car accident I was really satisfied with final results!!! I would give 5 stars if maybe one of the girls that sit at probably the most important spot in the shop. The front end where they are the 1st to greet and smile at new customers. The shop did a great job!! I would definitely recommend them. Minerva was the most helpful, beautiful smile person that helped check me out and seems to run the front end. But the other girl Liz.. girl smile! My 1st impression of her was a person who may not like her job. Has alot of attitude. Seems to get into arguments alot. Management may want to send her to classes for customer service!
