The paint job wasn't done properly. However, they've offered to take care of it free.
But it's still a hassle and now I have to go back to get it done. It should have been done in the first place or caught during the QC check.

Everyone there is committed to doing an excellent job. From the moment I walked in this morning until the time I picked my car up later this evening, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I was updated on the progress of the repairs and when my car would be finished. They did an excellent job repairing the car- the damaged area (rear fender) looks brand-new.
