Everybody did such an amazing job, from Mike G. receiving my car, Dannell and Manuel keeping me updated on the ongoing progress, the body shop guys and their outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism, Steve for giving it the finishing touches before handing over the keys, and to all the patience everyone displayed while waiting for me to settle with the insurance company. I never felt pressured or misled and the results of getting my car back with it looking as if nothing had ever happened... I love my car and I thank everyone at Acme Auto Body for taking care of her!

My car was delayed being ready. On top of that when I showed up to pick up my SUV, there were several items not completed. I then had to continue a horrible rental that is at a lower level than my vehicle and smells. I also do not have a new completion date. I am pessimistic of the quality of work being up to a acceptable standard. I have had to spend extra time off from work due to my multiple trips and delays with the rental. GEICO had insured me that the process would be easy utilizing this shop, it was not. So far it has been an extremely bad experience and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
