Went in to have drivers door handle replaced. When I went to pick up my car I found my dash camera disconnected, my center dash storage and ashtray lid both open and lower lid will not open all the way now something is dropped behind it causing it not to fully open. Started car and my trunk indicator light was on telling me the trunk was open. I tried to close the trunk and the latch is broken so the trunk wiil not stay closed. all the stuff from the rear floor of my car and my CB radio is pilled on my back seat, why? found an orange vacuume cleaner attachment also on my back seat Found the electrical plug for my CB which plugs into an outlet inside my center armrest pulled out of it plug. Found my cell phone holder which is air vent mounted laying on my passenger seat why? This is extremely unprofessional I am not happy at all and I had expressed to Geico that because of the repairs this shop did 2 years ago for the passenger side door handle that I wanted them to repair this one. NEVER AGAIN !

Acme Nissan Auto body was recommended to me by my dealership, Acme Nissan. I was devastated when my brand new car was hit by a cinder block and needed repairs. When I came to Nissan Auto body, I was immediately greeted and Mike explained to me the work that would be done on my car and he answered any questions I had. What I really liked about Acme Nissan was each day I was updated via text on the status of my car. I truly appreciate the expectional customer service I received by Mike, Darrel, and the rest of the Acme Nissan Auto body staff. When I received my car it was not painted properly and I had to wait until it was re done. Then when I look at my dashboard area it looked like they burned my paneling with something hot, when I bought it in that was not there. I'm very disappointed this time with acme this was my fourth time that me and my family used them and I was just not happy.
